Important Guidelines

• All registrants must select at least 8 class dates per month
• Classes are not conducted on Mondays
• You may select different time slots for different dates
• Select your dates and times one by one, adding each combination to your selection
• Please choose an instructor for your classes
• Registration is complete only after payment
• Each class slot lasts up to 45 minutes

Form Instructions

1. Fill in all your contact details accurately
2. For each class you want to book:
   • Select a date from the calendar (Mondays are unavailable)
   • Choose morning or evening
   • Select a specific time slot
   • Click "Add to Selection" to add this date and time
   • Repeat until you have at least 8 selections
3. Select your preferred instructor by clicking on their image
4. Click "Book Now" to proceed to payment

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled with the following refund policy:

• 7 or more days before class: 100% refund
• 3 to 6 days before class: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
